Annual Core Team Meeting 2026

The Annual Core Team Meeting for 2025–26 of Able Design and Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. was held on 18th April at Mastiff Grand, Dharwad. With a strong focus on performance review and future strategy, the MD shared the organization’s direction, emphasizing overseas growth and infrastructure strengthening.

A leadership training program by Mr. Jagadish Naik, a People Professional turned Serial Social Entrepreneur, along with interactive leadership activities and mind games, added a dynamic dimension to the meet.

The day continued with department showcases, open discussions, and mutual appreciation. Gifts were presented to thank the core team for their commitment, and the event was further elevated with a relaxed cocktail dinner, concluding on a high note and paving the way for a promising year ahead.
